Eskom a huge disappointment

Since from last week Thursday the meter box is rejecting tokens we have called Eskom and we were told that someone would come and assist us till today no one bothered to come and look at the box. Eskom is such a huge disappointment, due to black out we had to throw some of the foods that were in the fridge
