Hello My electricity was switched off since 25 March 2025 ever since till now we not getting any response when calling it says that our referrance number doesn't exist and tried to get help from the people from eskom when we see them but they have been rude to us and telling us to please wait until we get help but till today and it's cold and have a infant in the house
