Eskom

I have app**** for electricity for more than a year for my new development home, from 2022 October, but till this day 04 march 2024 I haven't had electricity, I have been in contact with the lady call Mishka Jones at Eskom bellville Capetown , we've communicated till recently she ignores my email I'm not getting any where with this application and me and my husband we getting frustrated we don't know where to go for help it's getting too much for us and it's difficult to leave without electricity in this day and age.
