Eskom

Our area, ***lee constantly has unplanned power outages. The recent one since 20:00 last night till presently 11:30. There is no communication from Eskom even though we contacted the representative in our area Mr Richard Mali. Out of respect he could have responded to at least in form the residents what the issue is. If he is off duty then refer the problem to the next person in line. This is so disgusting and ineffecient to the max. All of the law abiding, paying residents are treated like s****. Shows the state of the minds of the employees at Eskom. Suppose it depends on the area too where one resides?
