Eskom ****

My mother is a pensioner her meter box has been blank because of lightning for months she called eskom to report one of them came and said she should pay R10, 0000 for a replacement since she is a pensioner she could not afford it, the guy even gave my Mother his account numbers so she could deposit money monthly till it reach R 10,000 a mere pensioner.
