****** Eskom

The service that I have been receiving from Eskom is totally unacceptable. We have been without electricity since from Tuesday evening and they keep on saying that they will send a technician. After 4 hrs the call gets closed saying that the issue has been resolved. I called again last night and they said a technician will be on site within 1-2hrs and guess what still nothing. I have called again and now I'm being told that we dnt purchase electricity. I mean why would I be wasting my time calling them if I was not purchasing electricity. The agent I spoke told me straight that they would not be sending a technician. I dnt know what to say anymore. How many houses are they that dnt even purchase electricity and yet me as a buying customer I cannot be assisted. The last ref logged: ***
