Eskom

Been without electricity for past two weeks called Eskom reported the matter they gave me reference number 248 378 014 and i called again to follow up i was advised that the matter has been sorted out and they gave me a new reference number 248 538 776 then i asked what happened to the first reference number they gave me? apparently i was sorted but we still sitting with no electricity.
