eskom

Kindly be advised that Im escalating the issue that I've been experiencing since September last year (2014). This is frustrating now I can't buy electricity on the retailers it only allow me to buy only on one place and that's a petrol station. Complained to Eskom was promised that one of the agents was going to give me a call within 5 days however never happened, was also promised that they will send an electrician if the agent cannot finalize the query however that too never happened. Now the worst thing is that I cannot even buy on the garage that I previously used to buy from, spent two days in a dark cold house.<br> <br> Eskom your service is very very bad, I am not happy at all ?<br>
