Eskom

So on Thursday Eskom came out to fix a problem of a light pole shorting out and giving off sparks.There was no issue with our house with power outages. But they sorted out the shorting out and the pole was not giving off any sparks,But now since Thursday afternoon a couple of houses has been without power since then,and we all have reference numbers but still nothing has hapened.My mother inlaw is 84 and the neighbor is 86 and they still without electricity a BASIC need i might add,we contacted the ward councilor for Elsies who has only redponded once and given someone else's number who has nothing to do with this type of issue. All I'm saying is we vote for people in politics but when it comes to helping your community you are not willing to follow through. Eskom is useless and full of excuses,give all these houses access to join The City's grid and this **** would of been resolved
