Escoms bad management style!

I am amazed that after we had extreme power cuts last week the street lights in Parklands Main Road is still on at 10.20 am. Try to phone Escom and you can hear the phone ring forever or you are told that you have reached a wrong number! If the street lights can't be managed how can a power plant be managed?
