Empty promises by Eskom

Eskom is an organization that is full of empty promises. The only way to reach them is through a contact center which they lie every time I follow up. From 10 April 2024 till this date (20 May 2024) my query has still not being resolved, they keep on saying they are escalating my query, I am provided with different reference numbers all the time. Can someone assist as I can't spend more than a month without electricity in winter and they know that there is nothing I can do about it, I am relying on their mercy.
