Empty promises and lack of service

Hi guys..I am really not happy with eskom services and I'm tired of waiting without electricity while you guys sit it your comfortable homes with your families and light on. On the 19/02/2016 the green box outside exploded and only damage electricity in my house while all my neighbours have lights on. Went to report in protea gardens and was told field electrician will come sort out the problem but even today still waiting, I live with my old lady(grandmother) who was admitted in hospital following week due to not getting proper foods cause I can't cook for her.lucky enough she's back and the hospital has asked me to cook proper food for her, but how will I do that when I don't have power. I think our government want us to make sure our loved ones are taken care of..she the last person I have but due to power problem it makes life difficult for me to take care of her. Tomorrow will be 01/03/2016 and will be going to the 2nd week without electricity, I'm pleading to you guys that you send technician to come sort the issue out. Eskom can't be failing our parents like this and what do I have to do to get proper service I have reported the matter and nothing said or done.
