Electrifying pole unattended for months

10 days with on and off electricity, pole very noisy and always has sparks as if it's about to bomb anytime and its inside my yard in deep rural areas of EC logged calls I have 30 ref numbers latest being *** still no technician came, only 2 houses affected out of thousand
