ElectricityCutoff

<p>Complaint for Eskom _ i am a resident of Kagiso, i pay a meter lectricity. it happend yersterday afternoon there were two guys from eskom who came to cut my electricity without even explaining why... they came and asked whether we have experianced any problems during the weekend with electricity we said no. then they went to the meter box outside and cut my electricity not to even have a decencicy of coming back to me to explain. all the grocery food items we bought during the weekdnd of my house hold items got spoiled. i had logged a call with Eskom not even a technician came to see us. i kept calling with a long waiting in the Q. i eventually logged a call but nobody came to attend to us. am complaining because this is not even the first time the electicity guys come and switch out light with out explaining, I BUY ELECTICITY. then whose now responsibile to re-emburse my food items that got spoiled in the house? really!!! with the rand being affected so much about this BREXIT am not prepared for this such behavious. SHAME ON THOSE TWO ESKOM MAN ...!!!!</p>
