Since they started the prepaid meter registrations l can not purchase my prepaid token via my banking app. lt say it is not available contact the municipality. I used to buy for R1400.00 and get 546 units before the registration now l bought from Pick'n Pay same amount only to get 347.0 units. This is a nightmare and l have been trying to call their offices its so frustration that you are on hold till you give up. Service is bad since they computerized the call system.
