Electricity supply failure

I have a omplaint about electricity supply. I app**** for electricity in May 2021. I had to wait for 4 months to recieve account number to pay for electricity. Finally in October I got the account number and I paid R7550 on the 26th October 2021. But even today I dont hacve electricity. I mean I apid the damn money nothing. Im on the 3rd month now. Eskom is failing us. Hence people decide to do ******* connections. You don't carw about customer's. I paid cash. This is not a free electricity but im still strugling
