Electricity outage

I am writing to Hello peter because the current situation we are currently facing is really out of control. Eskom is failing us rural people and we are running at a loss for some of us who are running businesses. We have bared the loadshedding issue but unplanned outage is out of control. So basically last week Sunday we bought electricity of R350 x2 plus R50 because we ran out of electricity. When we tried to load the token we experienced issues where we had to even call for assistance. They assisted us to load the token however now the electricity box keeps on triping. We reached out to our municipality for further aassistance however they keep sending us from pillar to post like headleas chicken, the issue here is that we are approaching festive seasons and it seems like your employees are on some December fever they are ride they do not provide us with sufficient information. I have been going to our local municipality which DR JR Moroka where ai got a ref no: ***. They told us the haave dispatched a technician to resolve our problem but its been weeks now without proper feedback. We are sick and tired of empty promises I demand for my requested to be resolved before we go to holidays.
