Electricity off over a week

My sister's electricity has been off since 8th February 2022 in the Sunbird Park area of Kuils River. Upon phoning them, she was informed that since her purchasing of electricity is less than R300 a month, she will have to wait up to 7 days before someone will come to fix the problem. Up until today no one came to inspect what the problem is, meanwhile she and her daughter had to manage without electricity for more than a week. Totally unacceptable and unfair!
