electricity not working

last night our area/ section after loading ended and electricity came back electricity went off again due to person in our area interfering with the main electrical box, because of the fact that at their place there's no electricity. then I took matters in my own hands and called the Eskom call centre to report the issue and I was told Eskom will come and fix the box within 6 hours , then we waited and waited for the past 24 hours we have no electricity. <br> <br> we are also advise to report bad or incorrect behaviour that our community members do when it comes to the electrical box's yet when we do report Eskom takes it time in responding.<br> <br> I feel let down with the service I have been given, I pay electricity on a weekly basis and high amounts I used to purchase it but now m suffering as if I don't but it at all.
