Electricity in Cosmo City Ext 8

We haven't had electricity in Cosmo City ext 8 for 6 days now, when you call Eskom and report they send the electrician and they don't go there, the next thing the electrician will close the case and report that it was temporary fixed while nothing was done. These electricians are doing that purposely because they want the community to bribe them with R30000 to fix the transformers.
