Electricity fault not fixed

I have never experienced such poor service. I reported on Monday that we don't have electricity, until today they haven't fixed the problem. They are giving a lousy excuses that they couldn't locate my place, nobody from their office called to ask for my location.

They are useless with higher grade. When you call their call centre you wait for an hour just to report electricity fault.
