Electricity fault not being solved

There hasn’t been electricity at Ngqongweni double falls since Sunday 1 July 2018, and we as the residents immediately logged a fault. We where give a reference number and promised the issue would be resolve but there has been no one coming to attend to the issue. We have been calling everyday and pleading that someone come help us but no one has been sent to assist us. The are traditional ceremonies that need electricity and poor people who have become dependent on electricity. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
