Electricity cut off every after 2 days

In my area at Ehlanzeni near Magebheni we have problem of power outage, but some houses in the area they not affected. Every after 2 days it's either 5 in the morning or afternoon they take it. It goes for 4 hours, it is now a norm which very frustrating and annoying. There is no load shredding but we are suffering. We don't know what is the problem because no one tells us. What's going to happen to our appliances. Or maybe we don't deserve the privilege of having electric like everyone else because we living in the rural area but we paying for it. Can someone please intervene because we tired of this nonsense. As I'm writing this review we in the dark no electricity. We are very much unhappy as residents
