Electricity blackout

Eskom is taking people from Rural areas for granted as if they getting the service for free. We had a black out early hours today around 1am, from 8am in the morning we were trying to call eskom , i would hold for more than an hour and my call would be cut. Only could go through around 6pm and now am told technicians cant help. This is a basic need that we pay for, we are tired of being undermined by these entities and yet they are using our tax money. Electricity is what we want and unfortunately we cant be burning the transformers for us to get help, what kind of excuse that technicians can only come when there is such a crisis. I demand that service with my tax
