Electricity blackout

I am not sure what is in Eskom's mind really.People working there,a (majority of them) don't know what is good service.Part of Protea North and maybe Naledi extention has been without electricity now for three days.Their reason for not fixing it is there are protests in Protea. <br> Someone told them so 10 days ago and to them,there is still protests.These protests only took 2 days but they cant come because to them the area is still red.Why dot they ask the person who told them to inform them about the status now because they don't take our for it.Our food is rotting for heaven sake because of their ignorance or deliberate act.Why don't they go to Protea SAPS to ask for escort then if they feel so afraid.Protea North and Glen are far apart and they just cant tie us with the same belt.Do they really know SOWETO or just think they do.This is so embarrassing.Some like Zandi will hang up on you because they don't know their work and but you are a valuable customer.I pay my bills and don't owe them a cent and they should treat me like wise.Poor service is what make's people not to pay.You cant hold a rusted information and use it as present to not attend to what is your duty.Buttle up pls
