Electricity

I live in ivory park them base, for the past 3 days we sitting without electricity and eskom does not seem to care. We called since day 1 and they promise to fix the problem but all we getting from them us references and sms's saying the electricity has been restored. I would like to know where eskom is restoring this electricity because I am still sitting with no electricity. Why should we struggle like this for service, we have babies to feed and bath and we can't do that without electricity. ********** 746
