Electrical power lines exploded and no power for over 12 hours and counting!!!!!

Hi there. I have phoned numerous times, no answer. We had an electeical power line fault in our street,4, 6, 8 and 10 Gie Road, Cape Town last night. Our whole side of the street has been without power for over 12hours. No one has actually been here to fix it? What's going on? Even firefightwrs were here last night but no sign of you. We have taken lots of videos and will be adding them to social media. Come do your job and fix it. Enough is enough.
