Electric issues

My mother visited eskom 4times at Mqanduli Mthatha asking for help and they hasn't show up since June this year.so I don't know what is going on or is it because she is an old Woman and my worries are the other side of the bedroom the plug is burned 🔥 not working anymore.im furious about this because it's very disgusting while the are employees who are working on that station and getting paid for Nothing whilst Graduates are sitting at home and struggling to find jobs can you please assist my mother before we loose a place to stay because of electricity.My mothers name is Nomawonga Sajini.Cell no ***. She's at Kotishini Location Mthatha please assist I'm so worried.
