electric box on my entrance

I bought a house in a new developed area Alveda, the setback or challenge I'm facing is Eskom installed an electricity box right at my entrance. I sent an email on the 26th November 2015 to CS ONLINE & to date I haven't received a response. I called the call centre which I experienced drop calls 3 times & when I eventually got through the agent had no knowledge on what the process is. I need to start building a wall but the electricity box in front of my gate entrance is a BIG problem. Eskom, Joburg city, cosmopolitan houses & whoever was in involved in this project should have looked at the plan before inconveniencing a client. I was never told about the box in the plan!!! I need this box to be removed ASAP and how they do it is not my problem!!!
