Electrcity Increase

I recently heard on the news that Eskom has app**** to parliament for another Electricity price increase. How do you justify this when we hardly receive any electricity. Our power is more off than on meaning that you providing a n inadequate service but you still want to increase the tariff. Pathetic that we as consumers have to carry the brunt of Eskoms poor management.<br> <br> Can someone please explain this to me???
