Eksom bad service

Hello Peter! I've app**** for new Electricity Installation for my business site. I was told it'll take 90 days to complete the whole process. 90 days has since lapsed and even now there's no one contanting from Eskom.

I visited their offices at Malamulele, the lady told me that the contractor has collected the materials in December and she doesn't have any contact with the contractor
