I'd like to know if there is anyone or authority that handles loadshedding unfairness.

As I travel between 3 area's weekly and have done so for decades it's become very obvious that a particular area has on average 1 round more loadshedding daily.

The way the stages are shuffled is the reason the area has more loadshedding. It's even obvious on the app if you factor what stage starts when and in an old day planner the actual occurrences are noted for each area.

Asking any Eskom employee yields nothing as they will argue that loadshedding is fair with evidence on the table.
