Logged 3 calls today, they attended ONLY Ref no *** and immediately after an hour power went off. 2nd call *** was logged, the technicians never attended to it and closed it. The 3rd call was logged Ref *** was logged and still nothing happened. Eskom is struggling to keep afloat, yet they work as if they are doin the community a favour. The act as if we owing them something. I am really disappointed beyond words...
