Efficient call centre service

These last few months South Africans could find plenty of bad things to say of Eskom, but today I was surprised with their efficiency. We've experienced two outages (not load-shedding) in our area today and the call centre person was very friendly and helpful. l was also surprised that I didn't have to wait long before an operator could deal with my query, and this on a Sunday. The problem was also sorted out quickly. I don't recall the name of the man who helped me, but the reference number was 140 774 081.
