****ed up service

We have been without electricity since the 11th of December 2024.Iv been calling call Centre almost everyday without a fail except on holidays. Call center agents promising to sent out technicians to assist,we still waiting even to date.

This is so frustrating because ever since my mom changed the box, it is story after the other.

Eskom Rustenburg /Mogwase - Please do something and quick as you did when u changed boxes.
