Don’t rely on Eskom

Eskom should not be in the business of trying to service private households Our housekeeper has been without power for over 10 days and it is a devil of a task to reach any live person to get action . When you finally do they make promises which never materialise I have personally tried to escalate the problem but get Zero Zero response Too too terrible that a senior citizen can be treated with utter disdain.
