Don't expect any form of service from Eskom.

Eskom's sharecall helpline is useless! Every call I have ever made to this so called customer service line has been a nightmare. They just don't answer, keep you waiting mostly more than a half an hour on each call. Today I spent 2 calls totalling 80 minutes on the line and still did not get to talk to anyone.
