DISSATISFACTION ON ESKOM SERVICES IN MAHIKENG

I am writing this review from Mahikeng in the North West. The service for ESKOM is really frustrating. I logged a call on Tuesday and gave me reference number : *** of which when i make a follow up after 24hrs apparently the querie was rejected as it was placed in Uitenhage.

I then logged in another call on Thursday with reference *** of which when i followed up it was assigned to a technician in Mafikeng. But suprisingly is now 48 hrs of waiting and 5 days of not having an electricity which was caused by power outage and my house is the only one that did not get the electricity back even after loadshedding.

Meter No. is *** which had a problem for 2 years and ESKOM has since promised to attend to the matter, but to-date nothing has happened and now my family is a victim of black-outs

Can i be contacted on *** or *** if i will get assistance

It is so surprisingly that ESKOM sent us the message that our electricity is estored, is a **** because my family is still in the dark , we've been home for the past three days we have never seen any ESKOM personnel, what is worse, an ESKOM pole is in our yard. MY REFERENCE NUMBER REMAIN ***
