dissapointing service

i have a problem with the service from Eskom.on Thursday last week our electric went off in our street and until today we dnt have electric.we tried to contact the provider they came on Saturday they said they cant do anything.we are told to stay home and keep warm because of the pandemic but how are we going to do that in a situation wherebyyou have to stay in the dark for5days.i really find this so frustrating and some of the people in the area including myself have chronic deseases.can Eskom or city of capetown try and fix our box so that we can be warm
