Dissapointing poor service by Eskom

<p>My name is Mzwamadoda Ntsiko on the 22 March 2016 I went to the Eskom office in King Williams Town to inquire about an installing of electricity in my house in ****we Location I was given this reference number ********** 95 and was told i would receive feedback. On 17 May 2016 I got an sms with instructions of paying R825, I paid that on the same day but nothing has happened. When I call Eskom I always get the same dissapointing answer that its still being processed. It has been more than a month now and I have no indication of when they will install electricity in mu house.</p> <p> </p>
