Dispicable service

I have been phoning Eskom logging calls for the past 3 weeks with no assistance at all whenever I phone I'm forever put on hold or calls dropped I'm working from home due to eskoms dispicable so called service .having no lights for the past 3 ****ing weeks is horrific with 2 kids with no feedback whatsoever case number ***
