Dismal eskom service as usual

Today I purchased electricity from eskom meter number *** and when I call to obtain assistance, the consultants hang up or keep quiet and their post call survey will not accept any rating.

Eskom expects us to be loyal customers always, however, when we need assistance they never show up and their service is pathetic.
