Disgusting service from Eskom Khayelitsha, Cape Town branch and Belville branch

We have app**** for an installation and connection of a new point .it has been over a year we have been waiting for Eskom to come and do the job. No one from Eskom has communicated or made contact. Emails and escalation of complaints have been made but still no follow up from eskom.
