Disgusting service

Very disappointed with this company , they came to my parents house years back and they installed a new box which does not work and we’ve been reporting and calling but no one is assisting, they keep saying they coming to fix the meter box but no one shows up, the amount of money we have have spent calling the company and bear in mind my parents are pensioners, we connect to my brothers house for electricity and it’s not safe because I have been chocked by this electricity multiple times because the cord is in the open and when you walking you forget and step on it. This is not fare and we tried to stop the Eskom van 2 times when it went to attend a neighbours query and he said he cannot help us, we have to go to Eskom and when we go the we directed to the calls and nothing happens… we cannot live like this and it’s not safe for pensions to live like this, the only option which we found to resolve this problem is to get someone to fix it for us privately because now we trying to be good Samaritans and pay for electricity but no Eskom does not want to help us and it’s been years so we will bridge the electricity.
