Disgusting service delivery from Eskom

I returned home from Cape Town to spend holidays at Madubela location,Debenek in the Eastern Cape. We had an electricity failure since 19h00 on the 17 Dec 2019 ,I woke up to the same blackout.I called Eskom 6h00 18 Dec 2019,they told me that they will only attend to this problem in 7.5 hours which I find ridiculous. My reference number is 32 ***. Whatever happened to your emergency services?the whole village is in total darkness and you are not bothered? With each passing day your service becomes disgusting ,Ramaphosa must privatise Eskom ,you guys are ******* with no integrity.
