Disgusting service

Worst experience, this company is has disgusting customer service. I logged a query days ago and 4 days later no technician has arrived to assist us, we continue sitting in the dark whilst we are loyal customer meanwhile our entire neighborhood has bypassed their systems. We suffer for being honest citizens and doing things by the book.... When I call the customer service centre, their agents answer the line keep quite and end the call while I waited an hour to be assisted and end up getting no assistance.... Eskom is a ******* entity.... Super angry at this company
