Disgusting Eskom

It is with utmost disgrace that i need to write this review on 22.11.2022 at 16:00 one of the residents drove into the electricity box in the street. Eskom was contacted last night but to no avail. I called this morning and a call was logged at 06:05 this morning with reference ***,but it has almost been 24 hours and no one has pitched up to see to the problem. This is really disgusting as it was dispatched, so where are the people. We have old and sick people in the complex,but who cares! It this matter is not resolved by today, i will be taking it to a higher authority. Should anything happen to my food or appliances, i will keep Eskom responsible for all damages caused. This is disgusting service delivery, i just got home from a major operation, to come home to no electricity is bull****.
