DISGUSTING AND ARROGANCY FROM ESKOM

iam so disgusted by the service we receiving from eskom, i understand that its winter and we experiencing load shedding, but this thing of electricity switching off on selected houses its not on and when we call them they don't come or either they come and do whatever that takes them ten minuets, and after and hour the same thing happens again that gives me the impression that they not doing their job properly.I have been calling eskom withe the same problem from two weeks back and the same problem keeps on persisting and been given the following references regarding the same matter ***,***,***,***,***,***,*** imagine with all the airtime i have been buying to call them and bare in mind its a call centre have to wait and listen to the options cause this thing of sms's and emails its just a waste of time its they don't even respond to those,you expect us to buy electricity but you giving us such a poor,disgusting service and the people you sending to attend to the matter its like they don't know what they doing or is it because I'm at then on the 24/06/2015 reference was cancelled and never came at all nxa IAM SO DISGUSTED BY YOUR SERVICE
