Disgusted y the service provided by Eskom.

I am disgusted by the service provided by Eskom. We reported an emergency fault at Silver Town in Town Two Cape Town where an electricity poll started fire. This completely cut our power in the few houses connected to te poll. The main issue is the poll keeps on burning and the poll its self is made of wood. Mind you we live in an informa settlement of shacks. The poll is literally in front of my door step. We are scared for our lives as this might cause our shacks to burn and pwe might loose our lives as the fire started two days ago at 1am. We logged the fault with Tobi immediatley, we have called caled atleast 10 times and we are either told that the incident has been logged or the call is dropped after being placed on hold for a few minutes. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY AND SHOULD BE TREATED AT ONE AS WE MIGHT LOOSE EVERYTHING WE HAVE WORKED FOR INCLUDING OUR LIVES. We have two refernced and they are *** and the other one ***. The last call today teh agent told us that we are placed in line with more than 700 other emergency cases!!. ESKOM PLEASE DO BETTER IF NOT ALLOW ANOTHER COMPANY TO TAKE OVER AS THIS IS NOT IT.
