Disgusted with Eskom Polokwane

I app**** for a transformer for my business premises in Mehlareng Village under Lepelle Nkumpi Local Municipality in Limpopo. The application was initiated around October 2023 at Eskom in Polokwane. I did not get a quote until I followed up in March 2024 in Lebowakgomo office that's when I received a quote. I immediately paid the quote and since it has been a nightmare until today I am not switched on. It took months to get the transformer installed where they said there is no meter box cause they have run out of metre boxes. It took long until I went to Lebowakgomo again and the meter box was fitted the following day. Then they requested a COC in order for then to swith the electricity on they have been saying they are coming it's now more than three weeks still no one from eskom to switch on. The business is stagnant facing closure due to lack of electricity
